Our Dye VL facial uses AFT (advanced fluorescence technology) which is exclusive to Alma lasers. It is an advanced system of intense pulsed light (IPL) that is safe enough for use on all body areas. It can successfully treat melasma, freckles, age spots, irregular pigmentation, rosacea, facial spider veins, among other skin conditions.
During this facial, a gel is applied over the skin to receive the pulses of light. The Dye VL uses light energy to target and break down the discoloured pigmented areas of the skin. Areas of pigmentation will become darker post-treatment and begin to clear, leaving a more even skin tone after a few days.
For optimal results, we recommend three to four treatments.
